Ivan’s expertise lies in Hotel & Restaurant Management which started in Italy, Switzerland, the Middle East, Singapore, Thailand, and the USA. He has worked for Michelin-stars Restaurants, International Hotel Groups such as Four Seasons, Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, Outrigger Hotels & Resorts … and more.

Since mid-2019,  Ivan joined Aman Resort Group based in Zug, Switzerland as Global Head of Food and Beverage. Ivan is responsible for the F&B operations of the Group as well as for the development of the F&B offering in the company.

Most recently, Ivan worked on the conceptualization of Aman’s sister brand Janu F&B offering as well as the development of Aman New York, Aman Miami, Aman Nai Leart, Aman Tokyo residence, Amanvari, Janu Montenegro, Janu Tokyo and Janu Al Ula.
