The project is located in Sihui City, China, on the banks of Suijiang River. It’s a 235m² luxury large flat residence, with a 180° panoramic view of the city and boundless river scenery.
With a modern approach and landscape as the spiritual carrier, the designers integrate western elements and super-real factors, to pursue the power for mental peace, and explore the balance between life, socializing and artistic concept.
Without excessive shear walls, the spacious living room features sense of freedom, fluidity and openness, and benefits from adequate lighting and sunshine. It combines reception, recreation, wine tasting and reading, meeting resident' varied needs.
The large indoor balcony offers a sweeping view of the river, opening people’s eyes. The dining area links to terrace, bringing the lush outside scenery within. The kitchen, laundry and storage are designed in a row, making life more organized.
In the tea room, the natural stone echoes collections on the shelf. It’s elegant and serene, with fresh air by lush plants. The bedroom with a 270°viewing window and warm wood creates a cosy space. Thus, a warm home is created, giving residents a sense of value and belonging.
