Arlo Midtown aims to inspire a sense of exhale and calm through design while remaining a lively space where guests can gather and find inspiration.

The architectural language remains true to the neighborhood’s style. The Garment District is represented in abstract, over-scale interpretations of stitching, tailoring, and fabrics and the interiors incorporate biophilia as a grounding element to contrast to the hectic energy of Midtown to create a very human experience

Throughout the hotel, neutral & natural materials are paired with pops of color to transition spaces between night/day and work/entertainment, emphasizing the boundary free environment. The constant overlap between programmatic elements of the hotel – food and beverage, meetings and events, nightlife, café, and retail – encourages guests to make the space their own, creating a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere.
