The Studio & Bar is a club venue with an urban, 'found space' décor inspired by the Berlin Club scene and recording studios. The space allows for versatile programming such as live music, dancing, small theater productions and films thanks to tiered sofa seating, flexible open floor space, and a dedicated stage. An Acoustics Control System (ACS) provides enhanced and “natural” sound that can change the acoustical feel of the room. A Musion Virtual System displays holograms on stage alongside live performers. The urban ‘found space’ feel is instilled through wall covering with a visual of worn painted concrete. Industrial style sconces adorn expanded metal pilasters and pillars. Modern, truss-like arches direct focus towards the stage within the two-story main volume. Warm tones exhibit in aged wood flooring and millwork, and ‘antique’ red carpets. An adjacent bar and lounge area boosts socializing and hospitality. Inviting leather furniture beckons, and menus for cocktails and bar snacks rest on burnished metal tables with rustic wood legs. Near the bar is a private room for dinner parties, conferences, and meetings with the same industrial aesthetic.
