One story, two-family residential buildings, designed on strong slop property. The upper apartment is two bedroom, the lover is three bedroom with long entrance stairs from street.
Both apartment has a bulkhead, as the acces to the flat roof terrace, and garage underground. The walls has build from ceramic block and insulation from polystirol and dryvit finishing, the slub ceramic beams and blocks
