La Maison Rayes is a family house that has been turned into a guest house in the heart of Beirut's most exclusive street.
A lot of the decorative and architectural components of the house are 150 years old, which confers to it a unique status. In contrast to the historical reception areas, living-rooms and dining-room, the bedrooms and their bathrooms have been re-designed in a contemporary style.
Some rooms have direct access to a small garden, a luxury in an urbanely dense cite like Beirut.
A great care has been put in the renovation of the existing, the fabric and wall colors selection.
Some of the furniture have been renovated and some others designed from scratch.
