The 375,000 m2 land is at 12 m elevation from sea level at the highest point and contours down to the sea level that has 6 Bays 1200 m beach front. The resorts accommodate for a main 5-star hotel with 420 rooms, with facilities including specialty restaurants, beach and pool bars, sports facilities, diving center, retail spaces, children and teens areas, water park and multipurpose halls. It also houses a treatment hotel with 46 rooms, spa and treatment rooms.
Working with an existing masterplan design was a challenge that was approached by developing a landscape for the masterplan using forces weaved together to create a unique experience that suits a unique site location.
