The designer embellished the ceiling with insignificant architectural lines, allowing people to glimpse inadvertently, creating interest. Moreover, the inner corners, expressing the essence of the design through right-angle linearity. As for the lighting, it is also extraordinary in the ordinary. The designer uses the magnet lamp to hide it in the light trough to achieve a simple lighting effect.
The designer spent a lot of thought on the choice of floor tones to produce a color effect after lying. The natural change in color neutralizes the original monotonous white.
Bio Wanson graduated from HKU SPACE in 1999 studying interior design and established Wams Design Ltd in the same year. He is good at featuring Eastern and Western cultural and artistic elements with a contemporary touch to create personalised and functional interior space.
Wanson is keen on connecting human with space and its surroundings, and highly meticulous in the planning of space and application of lighting, proportion, form, colour, texture and material.
