Square Mile is an urban renewal project that is being developed in phases, with different interior designers for each site.

Eltanin•Square Mile, the first tower occupied, set the tone for the clubhouses’ interior design, with a bright, welcoming appearance, and long-lasting materials to minimise maintenance. It was followed by Cetus, with water as the clubhouse design theme, and decorations akin to raindrops suspended in time and space.

For the recently launched Aquila, the interior design concept is Arty Green. The clubhouse resembles a flower shop, with artworks expressing history, energy and social bonds; a wavy wooden sculpture decorates a corridor to the bar.

The Site F clubhouse corridor adopts Avant – fashionable – as the theme, with a central circulation spine like a catwalk complete with glass floor and light ceiling. A central tree transforms a pavilion open to the sky into a private garden. Decorations are being created from recycled materials, and function rooms feature modern artworks and LED panels.

An aquaponics system will boost sustainability awareness for Site F residents, and green concepts permeate the evolving designs for Sites G, K and L.
