Josie Wyatt’s Restaurant and Bar.
The décor of the restaurant takes its roots from a “Modern Dirty Cowboy theme ” and is meant to be a modern saloon that boosts chiseled stone accent walls, wormy maple wood feature walls and ceilings – Exposed rustic beams, mixed in with a collection of recycled leather belts. The art collection is cowboy hats, lanterns, belt buckles and whips – and a purchased handwritten letter from Josephine Earp.
