Nestled in the heart of the Saudi Arabian desert, “Al Moammar Oasis” is the owner’s life-long dream project in-the-making. Consisting of 1 main villa and 2 secondary ones, the project spreads through its landscaping elements and water features onto a 13,000 m² land lot. The idea of having a man-made oasis in the middle of the desert is the main governing factor around which the scheme of ideas was developed.

Each villa functions separately from the other, yet they all converge on the lower gardens.

Adopting an ultra-modern style, the design approach includes high-tech features, from sliding double skin facades to long-spanned roofs, that add dynamism to this flourishing project, and uses unique material finishing that reinforces the overall neatness and sleekness of the incorporated details. In terms of integration, the used colors and textures blends perfectly with the Arabian sand, thus fusing the project with its surroundings.

A haven for both nature and architecture, this multi-villa residence is a micro-environment on its own offering its inhabitants a green space well sheltered from the harsh weather while taking advantage of the elements to produce renewable energy.
