TREEHOUSE is a space for casual food. The concept is a homey and practical space with a treehouse in mind. Between land and sky. the concept is mostly eco-sustainable in terms of materials used and trying to fulfill all the requirements for a green kitchen with free ionized and filtered water for the customers.
The concern over global warming is growing. We believe in contributing our efforts, even as little as it can be, to protect our environment. The easiest way to do so is to incorporate the habits into our daily life. Treehouse is established as a fast casual restaurant because we want it to be accessible for everyone, a place that is affordable yet the quality is good. The quality is not only manifested in the food but in the ambience of the restaurant. The selection of the materials and craftsmanship are hand-picked to deliver our care of the planet.
Also we believe this sets as the design direction of future projects using environmental materials/technology for the design and construction. However, the example of Treehouse shows that the use of natural materials without much artificial intervention is possible, both in terms of aesthetics and practicality.
