“If a room is functionally defined by 4 m2, a 20 m2 tiny house can host at least 5 rooms”.
The concept is build up starting from the principle of a touring bus in which all storage is separated from the personal space.
The unit features a single space that guests transform into a bedroom with sleeping capacity for up to 5 adults, a bathroom, kitchen, pool, orangerie, lounge, office space, dining space, a sit pit … each with a surface of 20m2 (8m x 2m50). The floor holds all storage space and there only is integrated furniture. The unit features a partially/fully coverable roof terrace/weather deck.
From any viewpoint inside people can look outside in 4 directions through 200cm high windows
