Nestled within the verdant expanse of the Yucatán Country Club, Casa Kem stands as a testament to luxury and exclusivity. The golf course is a lush oasis offering breathtaking views. The mastermind behind the creation of the YCC, a high-profile property developer, tasked our firm with crafting a home that would reflect his itaste and style. Sprawling across 2,900 sq.m.,the house was designed to accommodate a family of five, with all the main spaces arranged in a linear fashion along the golf course. Lush tropical vegetation surrounds it providing privacy and seclusion from the outside world, while large sliding windows on both N & S facades invite the natural beauty of the golf course in. The hot, tropical weather of the Yucatan also played a crucial role in the design. Cantilever flat roofs extend on both main facades to protect the windows from the rain and direct sunlight, while the sliding windows on both sides allow for cross ventilation. The exposed white concrete structure in combination with Puntolivo Italian marble are the primary materials used, their authenticity and expressiveness are fundamental in creating a sense of sophistication throughout the home.
