RPM Seafood is the third restaurant of its kind following RPM Steak and RPM Italian. As a two-level upscale riverfront venue, it offers unparalleled views of the Chicago Riverwalk. The 15,917 sf space, which is the transformation of a two-story lobby volume, boasts a ground level and a mezzanine. There's a grand stair, two balconies, a terrace, two bars, and a sommelier station.

A timeless Riviera experience inexplicably found in the Midwest; the venue can accommodate 735 guests. The restaurant is laid out to provide privacy and a sense of connection to the outdoors. When the weather is nice, doors and windows are open. A showcase bar with a ceiling that reflects the river is surrounded by a variety of seating arrangements all with their own view of the river and Chicago's cityscape.
