Perched atop Phra Tamnak Hill in Pattaya, the Japanese House II is an architectural marvel that embodies ingenuity and aesthetic refinement. Built with brutalist principles, its exposed concrete structure and elongated beams exemplify modern design. Prioritizing safety and privacy, the villa avoids ground-floor windows and features towering 10-meter concrete walls at its core, crafting a distinctive expression. Despite occupying the entire plot, it cleverly incorporates greenery at the entrance and a lush roof terrace. The house boasts an underground car park, an elevator, and a serene indoor swimming pool. The interior is an amalgamation of contemporary American design infused with Thai exotic flair, highlighted by an indoor garden, curtain glass framed within robust concrete, and block walls. This structure isn't just a residence; it's a testament to architectural excellence that values both form and function.
