The unique design of the restaurant lends itself to the expertise of two best-in-class brands – Gordon Ramsay and Sunway. Together, the restaurant blends the finest dining experience offered by Gordon Ramsay’s multi-Michelin-starred establishment complemented by the grace and grandeur of Sunway Resort Hotel.
Bio As design director, I tap into my creative mind to deliver exquisite and timeless experimental designs; ensuring my designs place Sunway and the brand as an iconic development; and most importantly, embrace sustainability and practicality in all facets of my design to ensure minimal operations and maintenance cost without jeopardizing the intended design effect.
