RC Supply Co., the newest signature restaurant at Rivers Casino, brings an upscale yet casual dining experience with a menu inspired by locally sourced ingredients, curated cocktails, and premium Chicago brews. Guests are welcomed from the gaming floor through a metal-mesh screen into a cozy bar lounge with a glowing skylight. This lounge serves as a transition to the main dining room, where white pendant globes hang from a wooden canopy, creating an intimate ambiance. The dining space is framed by custom art walls made from repurposed kitchen wares, furniture, and fixtures, adding texture and connecting to the brand's story.
Behind the art wall is a private dining room that serves both the restaurant and an adjacent VIP Lounge, featuring velvet curtains, a fireplace, and bands of black and white wall tile. Despite a tight budget, the design team transformed the former buffet space into an 8,800 square-foot versatile dining venue. The layout optimizes staff efficiency with strategically positioned bar and kitchen areas while creatively repurposing existing materials to reduce costs and minimize waste.
