THE HADDON, a part in a mega-scale urban rejuvenation project in Hong Kong, aims to create a sense of natural elegance via a biophilic design approach that is infused with concepts of an urban oasis and a youthful and minimal aesthetic. Targeting a young demographic, it blends modern design with natural elements, creating an urban oasis. We use contemporary color schemes, dynamic spatial configurations, and innovative technology integration. The apartments prioritize functionality, flexibility and convenience. State-of-the-art kitchens, spacious bathrooms, and ample storage spaces are incorporated to enhance the living experience. The clubhouse, as a central gathering space, provides a range of facilities, including a reception area, a residents' lounge, a co-working space, a function room, a poker room, a gym, and a children's playroom. The sculpture garden is a covered open space that integrates greenery and various features, with a sculpture area, outdoor dining facilities, a yoga area, and a recreation area. Sustainable materials and landscaping techniques are encouraged to align with the biophilic design approach. The spatial arrangement also encourages community interaction.
