Lofty Villa is situated within a villa community on the southern outskirts of the city, nestled on a hillside. It is designed in a modern Chinese Huizhou architectural style, featuring sloping roofs with black tiles and white walls. Besides serving as a residence, the property also functions as an art gallery and studio space. The floor plan is predominantly U-shaped, with its opening facing an unobstructed view of lush greenery in the permanently protected natural reserve on the opposite side. The other three sides prioritize privacy with small window openings. The central courtyard of the residence is surrounded by communal living areas, a tea room, a studio, a study, and bedrooms. Surrounding these spaces are comfortable terraces and green landscaped areas, creating an overall living environment akin to a secluded paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.
