The site, bordered by a 7-meter lane to the south, is divided into six plots with widths of 8.5 to 14.8 meters and a depth of about 29 meters. Addressing privacy concerns in urban residences, a 2-meter setback eases road scale. A 2nd-floor central green courtyard serves as the primary window for each unit, ensuring privacy with interior stairs on one side and overhead windows. Additionally, a backyard with a cascading waterfall, rooftop gardens, and outdoor stairs harmonizes with the natural environment.
