Located in the southern New Town area of Changchun, Jilin Province, this project benefits from nearby amenities including Guangming Park lake, Renmin Street, and surrounding office buildings and shopping centers. The development features a mid- and high-rise residential cluster divided into three sections, designed with a stepped layout that is lower in the south and higher in the north to maximize winter sunlight and energy efficiency. Large-scale offsetting and building spacing between the sections, combined with terraces and green spaces, create open views and connect the area seamlessly to the lakeside in the north.
The residential façades utilize metal lines and glass balconies to project a modern urban living image. Three-story commercial storefronts on the southern, eastern, and northern sides offer essential retail services for residents, while landscaped paths along the lakeshore provide green spaces, inviting city residents to enjoy the lakeside scenery and park ambiance.
