Fusion·Shagang Boutique Hotel is located in Shagang Village,Jinze Town,Qingpu District,Shanghai.Formerly as a leather shoe factory with years of history,it covers an area of about 2,200 square meters.As an idle asset with collective memory of the countryside,after a prudent design and renovation,it has been activated as an idyllic complex with both natural aesthetics of the countryside and a contemporary lifestyle.The hotel includes a reception hall,a cafe,a dining room,an audio-visual room,a chess room,9 lofts and 2 suites,with a total floor area of about 1,000 square meters.
The materials of the building continue the white walls,gray tiles and sloped roofs of the rural buildings in the south of the Yangtze River.The natural and simple beige paint is chosen as the main tone.The roofs are made of small gray tiles from the local area.
The interior design is based on the nature and simplicity of the countryside.The use of warm natural stone,wood and cotton and linen fabrics creates a warm and cosy atmosphere.Each guest room is set up with a small courtyard and a soaking pool.Enjoying a relaxing private corner in the countryside environment is a cozy living experience.
