Set on a 1120 m² beachfront plot, the villa boasts expansive balconies, terraces, and a cantilevered infinity pool blending into the Caribbean Sea. Its contemporary design features clean lines, large floor-to-ceiling windows, and minimalist elegance. The main entrance is at street level, while the rental area is accessible from the lower ground floor. Inside, guests are welcomed by uninterrupted sea views and a spacious, open-plan living area extending to a terrace with a hanging infinity pool.
Built to withstand the island's salty air, the villa uses monolithic cast-in-place concrete, ensuring strength and durability. Spanning 630 m² over three floors, it includes 7 bedrooms and 6 en-suite bathrooms. The design achieves a light, modern aesthetic while blending naturally with its environment, offering a unique experience of luxury and nature combined.
