The Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club, completed in 2017, is a masterful blend of historic elegance and contemporary luxury. Originally established in the 1930s as a private club on Miami’s iconic Millionaire’s Row, this ambitious renovation transformed the historic Surf Club building into a world-class luxury destination. The 560,000-square-foot complex now houses 85 hotel rooms and 150 residential units, surrounded by three newly constructed nine-story glass towers that harmoniously complement the original structure.
In preserving the Surf Club’s rich history, the design integrates key architectural elements from the building’s past, including soaring beamed ceilings and original tile flooring. These historical features are thoughtfully preserved while introducing modern amenities that enhance guest experiences. Among the standout offerings are four sparkling pools, a luxurious spa, and upscale dining options, all designed to offer unparalleled comfort and indulgence.
The renovation also incorporated innovative engineering solutions to address structural challenges, ensuring the building’s longevity while maintaining its aesthetic integrity.
