This project is located in Longcheng CC Creative District, Shenzhen, and was originally an industrial park dormitory building. Upon receiving the commission, the design team, based on the owner's requirements and the local attributes of the project, transformed the industrial building through artistic renovation into a new concept urban art hotel themed as "Artist's Home," integrating accommodation and cultural tourism experiences.
The design team holds a belief in design infused with kindness, aiming to create a space that serves as a container for connecting people's emotions and bringing them happiness. The hotel breaks away from traditional enclosed designs by softening the entrance, connecting movement lines, and integrating the space into the neighborhood.
Art Experience Space??A nearly 1,000m² art experience space, a 6-m-high artist's living room, and an open-air landscape garden provide an immersive artistic and cultural experience.
Symbolic Spatial Expression??Symbolic expressions such as arches and window holes are utilized to guide pedestrian flow, add dynamic display scenes, and enhance the interactivity and fun of the space.
