Creating an experience was the primary goal of the interior design.
The aim was to design comfortable and welcoming spaces that cater to both the summer months, when Punta del Este, a vacation spot, is in high season, and the rest of the year, when the climate is more hostile.
As a result, the interior design combines a touch of beachy and vacation vibes, achieved through the incorporation of natural fibers, with high-end furniture and noble materials. This blend provides a sense of comfort and containment for users throughout the year."
Art plays a fundamental role in this project, contrasting with the natural surroundings.
Three site-specific artworks, commissioned from local artists, create a subtle tension between the changing natural environment and the concrete art pieces. The art pieces at the bar and above the counter serve a dual purpose, combining aesthetic appeal with functional interaction with diners creating an immersive experience.
The décor also features a mix of graphic patterns, which add a unique rhythm and distinctive flair to the space.
The exterior furniture is designed to complement the interior pieces, sans ornaments, allowing nature to take center stage.
