This Four Diamond boutique hotel at Rollins College, frequently named to Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice list, underwent a transformative renovation, adding a new guestroom wing and reimagined public spaces. The design responds to the Spanish Renaissance architecture of the building and celebrates The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art housed at the hotel. The renovation included the addition of 71 guestrooms and suites, a luxe spa and amenity deck, meeting and boardroom space, and lobby café, as well as a complete transformation of the existing lobby, library, and bar.

The new Café, formerly back-of-house, now links the hotel’s two wings, offering quick bites and drinks by day and a chic wine and dessert bar by night. Vibrant pinks and lush greens evoke Winter Park’s natural beauty, with dynamic lighting, bold food-themed art, and cozy seating fostering community and creativity.

The 13,500-square-foot Spa offers an oasis of floral-inspired elegance, with seven treatment rooms, hydrotherapy amenities, and a fitness center. Outdoors, a 6,000-square-foot deck features a pool, cabanas, and a Moroccan-inspired social space for evening events, blending serenity and vibrancy.
