Set against pristine coastlines with breathtaking views of the Cham Islands and the East Sea, and moments from Hoi An Ancient Town—a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Asia’s most atmospheric cultural crossroads— Hoiana Resort & Golf is Vietnam’s premier entertainment and lifestyle destination.
Conceived as both art and infrastructure, the landscape design distills the spirit of place into three core elements. Natural landforms are reinterpreted through flowing curves and refined forms, anchoring the site with elegance. The tradition of agriculture is reflected in native planting and fauna-friendly gardens that foster biodiversity and promote sustainability. Human touch is felt in the circulation and shaded spaces, designed to encourage seamless indoor-outdoor interaction while ensuring intuitive movement and operational efficiency across complex vertical and horizontal layers.
Harnessing the transformative power of Destination Creation, Hoiana is a beacon for progress, setting a new benchmark for responsible development in Vietnam by uplifting local communities.
