The project is an architectural response to both the natural landscape and cultural heritage of the region, with sustainability as a priority.

The beachfront retreat is carefully integrated into a 25-acre site where sand dunes rise up to 25 meters. By placing the hotel blocks at the site’s highest point with villas terraced within the slopes along the existing contours, the design minimizes site disruption while maximizing ocean views for all accommodations.

The landscape pattern reflects the lobster and prawn farms of Cam Ranh Bay, a recognizable sight for travelers arriving by air. Similarly, the hotel’s shading screens are inspired by the Khánh Hòa province’s traditional weaving techniques and the woven elements in outdoor pavilions local craftsmanship.

To withstand the tropical climate and monsoon season, the resort features brick screens, using handmade bricks from a nearby factory. The use of basalt stone, granite, and locally sourced blue stone enhances the landscape and pool finishes, reinforcing the resort’s connection to its natural surroundings. The use of local materials lowers the carbon footprint, while passive cooling techniques help reduce energy consumption.
