Designed by the architectural visionaries at NELSON Worldwide, Trilith Guesthouse serves as a critical amenity for both the town and nearby Trilith Studios—set across nearly 1,000 acres of studios, workshops, offices, and backlots. Drawing inspiration from the area’s cinematic heritage, the hotel blends storytelling with luxury, offering 193 keys—including rare extended-stay suites—alongside a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, and over 17,000 SF of event space. Set on a constrained, lakefront site, the design maximizes guest amenities while harmonizing with its European-inspired surroundings. Subtle nods to the entertainment industry are woven throughout via custom artwork and finishes. Despite a tight budget and timeline, the team delivered a high-quality, sustainable, and emotionally resonant experience that celebrates creativity and the art of storytelling.
