Villa Embrace is a four-level private residence located on the mountainside above Gustavia in St. Barths. Designed by Architectonik, the villa incorporates natural stone exteriors, a Swedish-style roof, and floor-to-ceiling glazing to maximize panoramic views and natural light. The architecture is tailored to the Caribbean climate, with features such as deep overhangs, cantilevered terraces, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions.
The interior design, led by Oliver Holt and Lisa Duxbury, features high-end finishes including white oak and bleached European oak, bespoke furnishings, and curated artwork from artists such as Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol. Landscape design by Kevin Ouvre integrates tropical foliage, water features, and private garden areas around the property.
Key amenities include five ensuite bedrooms, two infinity-edge pools (one 100 ft), a four-story glass elevator, indoor waterfall and living wall, home cinema, gym, hammam, wine cellar, massage suite, bar, and underground parking for 10 vehicles. The villa was completed after 12 years of development and was awarded “Best Luxury Villa in St. Barthélemy 2024” by Luxury Lifestyle Awards.
