This tactile,grounded ambiance flows into a multifunctional social space featuring a modern kitchen with a large stone island surrounded by upholstered chairs.The bold green upper cabinets and warm wood lower units reinforce the "green concrete" theme,while an integrated wine display adds luxury. A discreet fitness area with a sleek exercise bike complements the wellness-focused design.Overhead, rhythmic wooden slats line the ceilings throughout, enhancing acoustics and adding visual warmth.
