CP House was born from a couple’s wish to inhabit a hyper-minimalist “white box” that dazzles on entry. Arrival sets the tone: twisted concrete columns rise and fold into beams and cantilevers, framing volumes that separate public and private realms. Inside, the sequence flows: the wine cellar as prologue, the sculptural kitchen as stage with linear lighting across ceilings and walls, the living room as protagonist with expansive views; gallery and pool extend the experience. Upstairs, three suites protect intimacy; below, the basement frees the formal purity above.
The house relates to site and inhabitants with precision and warmth. East–west orientation is resolved with vertical sunshades integrated into the façade, balancing light, views, and privacy. The “fifth façade” turns regulation into advantage: a ventilated roof and integrated solar tiles provide energy without altering aesthetics. Rain and greywater are reused. Gas-free: 18 wells and geothermal pumps power fan coils, radiant floors, and hot water. Home automation manages scenes and optimizes consumption. Designed and built in BIM, CP House unites rigor and character to turn vision into inspiring architecture.
