Conceptually, the prototype design is rooted in a modern farmhouse aesthetic with a welcoming, residential feel on the exterior and on the interior, a mix of neutral, approachable palettes with industrial touches that put Guests at ease.
Once inside, Guests experience the hyperfunctional, one-stop public amenities space. It’s a streamlined space focused on amenities that mean the most to long-stay guests such as Guest Laundry, Community Buzz board, Retail market, Grab’n’go Breakfast, Front Desk, Delivery Drop & Lockers, Hydration Station, and Fitness.
The LivSmart Studio suites are thoughtfully crafted to balance comfort, function, and style, ensuring every stay feels like home. The design celebrates guest personalization with ample storage and flexibility.
