From a virgin site, the resort was conceived in close collaboration with the lead architect to create an urban “Country Club” hotel that respects both the prestige of Dar Es Salam and the cultural depth of its setting. The masterplan weaves the architecture into a sequence of lush, enclosed landscapes inspired by Islamic, Moroccan and Andalusian gardens. Preserving the mature cork oak woodland between hotel and golf course maintained a sense of sanctuary and seclusion.
Within this framework, palm groves, olive clusters and clipped hedges shape shaded courtyards, water courts and fragrant paths. Guests arrive through a reflective pool shaded by ancient olives, while geometric paving and flowing rills recall Rabat’s historic gardens. At the heart of the resort, a palm-lined pool deck shimmers with mosaic tiles, cabanas and intimate sun terraces. Across the property, outdoor dining terraces, event lawns and the spa’s tropical courtyards extend a lush, contemplative atmosphere evoking the timeless ideal of an earthly paradise.
