This project reimagines what a short-term vacation rental can be—homes designed for connection, celebration, and ease. Each waterfront villa features expansive living areas, private pools and spas, chef-ready kitchens, and direct dock access, creating a seamless rhythm between comfort, community, and the calm of the water. Every detail considers how guests move, gather, and unwind, shaping a design that feels intuitive, not staged.
Starboard House embodies this vision—an eight-bedroom retreat designed for both togetherness and privacy. Set on a corner lot, it accommodates up to twenty guests and features a circular pool, outdoor lounge, fire pit, and private dock. Inspired by the sea and Key West’s working heritage, its rounded windows and curved lines recall ship design, while light oak, soft stone, and layered natural textures mirror the surrounding landscape. Starboard celebrates “idle time”—a new expression of hospitality that feels personal, relaxed, and quietly luxurious.
