This project reimagines the vacation rental industry through design, emotion, and experience—merging the privacy of a home with the seamlessness of a resort. Each waterfront villa is crafted for connection and ease, featuring expansive living areas, private pools, chef-ready kitchens, and direct dock access that create harmony between comfort, community, and the calm of the water. The property offers twenty-six 4- to 8-bedroom homes (152 bedrooms total), event and meeting spaces for intimate gatherings, and the ability to host a waterfront wedding for up to 250 guests. Ideal for executive retreats or company outings, guests can enjoy world-class fishing, diving, dining, and nightlife across the Keys. Built on the belief that design shapes behavior, every element is intentional—so the experience feels natural, not staged. Each home tells its own story inspired by Key West’s creative and maritime heritage, unified by one idea: “idle time,” the art of slowing down. This vision creates a new blueprint for travel—design-led sanctuaries that foster belonging, connection, and purpose.
