A new 5-star Sheraton Hotel is being developed by Taiba Investments in the Northern Central Area of Madinah, near Al-Masjid An-Nabawi. Designed by SSH, the project features two G+15 towers connected by a distinctive sky bridge — the first of its kind in the city. This landmark development won the 5-Star Award for Best Hotel Architecture Saudi Arabia at the 2023–2024 Arabian Property Awards.
Located across two compact plots linked by shaded colonnades, the project enhances Madinah’s walkable urban fabric. The sky bridge, positioned above a major city artery, symbolises progress and creates a recognisable architectural identity.
The hotel accommodates 435 keys, with the bridge housing the main reception and an all-day dining restaurant, while the rooftop features a panoramic viewing deck and tea house. Using locally sourced light-cream stone and a contemporary façade, the project blends modern design with the city’s cultural context. Sheraton’s return to Madinah reinforces the brand’s long-standing regional presence.
