OASIS is a next-generation development concept proving how reconstruction can deliver a premium product without overproduction. Its core principle is maximising value through intelligent design: the original artistic vision is preserved yet optimised by minimising materials and brands and working with a unified pool of partners — reducing logistics, lowering costs, and strengthening investment appeal.
Created on the site of a single outdated villa, the project now features two autonomous residences spanning over 10,000 m². Oasis forms a private “island of silence” within the city, where a restrained urban façade transitions into expansive golf courses, creating two realities in one location. Both plots can function independently or as a unified complex, offering multi-format flexibility for different ownership models.
The architecture is defined by open volumes that allow the buildings to breathe and frame distinct, non-repetitive views. Landscaping is integrated into both the terrain and the building structure.
The interiors combine refined aesthetic precision with production logic, ensuring every decision enhances development value and delivers a sense of uncompromising quality.
