The hotel complex is designed to create an exceptionally comfortable environment nestled within an existing forested area, carefully shielded from external noise. At the heart of the complex lies a landscaped park, naturally integrating individual hotel cottages. The site is divided into six thematic zones: the main hotel building, two-story “Suburbia” townhouses, secluded “Silent Pond” cottages, the hilltop “Alpine Village,” “Lakeside Area” surrounding artificial ponds, and the “Swallow’s Nest” treehouses situated in the densest forest zone.
The main hotel building features an architectural concept inspired by natural silhouettes, harmonizing with neighboring residences. It consists of two volumes: the primary three-story structure and a warm connecting passage leading to the SPA area. The building curves gracefully along the site boundary, offering northern rooms views of the forest and southern views of the landscaped park.
