The project is driven by functionality in service of operability. Public and working areas are designed with ergonomics, fluid circulation, and ease of use in mind, carefully considering furniture, routes, and volumes. Cleaning, maintenance, and regulations are seamlessly integrated, while sustainability and safety guide every decision. The intimate scale of Lisbon’s historic buildings calls for delicate, almost whispered solutions. Appearance without essence is meaningless. Inspiration emerges from the Pombaline-style building, Rua da Prata, fado, and the iconic tram. Handcrafted velvets and tiles dialogue with wood, marble, and brass, creating an atmosphere that breathes Lisbon’s soul. Staircases, lifts, and corridors guide guests as if strolling through the city, while carpets evoke its pavements. Materials are chosen for their durability, combining craftsmanship with contract-grade furniture. Built above ancient Roman catacombs, revealed only once a year, the hotel reflects how history and innovation coexist. Eurostars Rua da Prata brings the city indoors, allowing guests to experience Lisbon from the very first step, elegantly and poetically integrated.
Bio PF1 Interiorismo Contract is a studio specialized in hotel interior design, founded by Martina Casas and Loli Moroño. Their approach combines creativity, functionality, and efficiency to optimize both the guest experience and the profitability of spaces. With projects at national and international levels, their multidisciplinary team creates innovative and strategic environments.
