To honor what has been created by the architect, natural light flooding into this calm living room and three architectural columns celebrated in the interior, we design bespoke full-height room divider doors to separate spaces. It could be as open-plan as possible when needed and zoned when not.
The kitchen, at the windowless end of the large open plan, serves as an open breakfast bar during the day while at night it turns into a stylish home bar for party nights. A detailed leather seamed-back bookshelf showcases adjacent to the dining table which can also be a luxury home office area.
The master bedroom use a curved MORTEX finished wall that visually extends the headboard and removes all harsh corners in the room, making you feel cocooned in bed and focus on the breathtaking view beyond. A free-standing bath in the corner of the apartment, with ambient back-lit lighting from the floating grey marble vanity, gives a luxury spa experience with views from both the exterior and interior.
Importing the luxury hospitality design experience, not only resolves the spatial limitations but also creates flexibility and visual interest for true luxury in any city apartment.
