Amber PureHill Hotels & Resorts is located on the beautiful resort island of Jeju in South Korea, nestled within the scenic Mount Halla.
The design of the hotel is characterized by its seamless integration with the natural surroundings, creating a truly extraordinary experience. After eight years of design and construction, the project is scheduled to open for a trial run in December, and is expected to become one of the most popular destinations for tourists, as well as a representative hotel for the future of Jeju.
The hotel boasts the largest transparent floor infinity pool in the world. With a length of 30 meters, width of 7 meters, and a depth of 1.2 meters, the pool features a 300mm thick transparent acrylic wall that gives the illusion of floating in the sky. The boundaries created by the lobby's ceiling and the pool's floor allow for a unique and captivating experience.
The hotel features a large collection of original custom artwork from AMBER DESIGN LAB. In the lobby, there is a large-scale copper relief mural depicting the process of molten lava flowing from Mount Halla's volcanic crater to create the lava plains along the coastline.
