Bringing a traditional steakhouse into the 21st century, this restaurant is designed to provoke the senses through a series of ying and yangs. Carved woods and smooth plasters create an organic, natural elegance. Evoking the experience of soft cottons brings forth comfort and serenity. The open sky above the seating lets the world peak in. A standout feature of the design is located in the heart of the dining experience. We took the old traditional wood dome and transformed it into our version of a cloud, using a series of light and airy layered organic rings. Directly below is a rambling moss garden, giving the customers a multi-sensory experience. This ying/yang element juxtaposes the interior architecture of the building with the natural Florida landscape.
