Sawyer & Company has translated their trademark organic luxury aesthetic into an immaculately conceived conceptual design for this seaside resort hotel. Sloping down the tropical hillside to the ocean below, the resort interiors feature natural materiality and contrasting textural elements, resulting in a holistic embrace of the site-specific environment. The neutral color palette leads the guest eye to the sprawling cerulean views of the surrounding natural landscape. The bathroom is indoor – outdoor living incarnate, with double sinks leading out through the open shower and into the pool at the horizon’s edge.
