The PHNX building is the main architectural point in the Phoenix Neighbourhood called after the Phoenix Complex , a successful rubber factory established back in the 40s and its former warehouses. With this spirit and iconic heritage, the PHNX Co-living concept was born to create spaces with a industrial style that inspire a intrepid and entrepreneurial spirit in our guests. The hotel features 225 rooms and 2 shared spaces: Sky Lounge with Bar and Restaurant, Board Room and a even a vintage 1940 Paternoster. Through our alliance with Plant for the Planet, a global movement with an ambitious goal: to fight the climate crisis by planting trees around the world, we plant one tree monthly for every room in PHNX. Our Room card keys are made from bamboo, all the cosmetics in the rooms are certified organic and all public areas work with motion sensors to safe electricity.
