AC Hotel Miami Midtown drew inspiration from historic buildings paying homage to the Miami Modern architectural style. The project is located on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Midtown neighborhood. This area appeals to millennials since it is bounded by Buena Vista, Wynwood, Edgewater, and the Design District, these neighborhoods have evolved over the last few years and are at walking distance from the project. The project aims to ease guests to access the myriad of cultural, culinary, and high-end retail appeals in the surrounding areas.
Its cutting-edge design creates a dramatic, prominent building on Biscayne Blvd. The sophisticated geometry of the façade is a series of white protruding boxes with contrasting glass and wood panels, creating beautiful shadows on the façade of the building and adding a distinctive personality to the hotel.
This seven-story hotel includes 153 hotel rooms and retail space on the ground floor. Amenities include a rooftop, ocean-view pool, fitness center, and communal spaces offering modern technology for guests to work, connect, explore, and socialize. A rooftop bar serves as a focal point, inviting guests to unwind while overlooking Biscayne Bay.
