The Four Seasons brings an inspiring approach to living on Fort Lauderdale Beach and is known to be the most luxurious and resilient project in the city’s history. Its nautical inspired design has smooth curves aiming to join the elegance of the past and steps towards sustainability and innovative design.
The design originates from its relationship with the sea. Its unique elements aspire to fuse comfort, space, and a sense of place with a big dose of character. Its shape resembles that of a ship, a narrow front with a broader back and curvilinear edges that allow for strong winds and gentle moist breezes to wrap around the structure and flow smoothly from the ocean to the bay. Positioned adjacent to some of the most renowned deep-water marinas in the United States, it is designed for a luxurious yachting lifestyle.
Residences range in size from 780sq ft to 6,200sq ft, along with three spacious duplexes with dramatic 20ft high ceilings. Each residence includes outdoor terraces with views of the sea. Lush gardens and green spaces, including native plants and palm trees fill the ground floor and the third floor deck. It enriches the experiences that are the essence of everyday life.
