Combined with the overall planning of the surrounding GN-2 plot, this project makes full use of the lakeside interface and urban roads on the south side, and forms the urban lakeside landscape node by setting up green courtyards, thus creating an experience that there is an open green courtyard in the base. The designer relies on the east waterfront interface to create a hydrophilic green leisure corridor with ecological attributes, and arranges boutique commercial and hotel facilities on the north side interface, running through a relatively complete commercial space experience. The apartment tower is arranged at the southeast corner of the site. Its 60m width not only maximizes the use of landscape resources, but sets aside a visual corridor for the surrounding buildings, and emphasizes its own iconicity, thus creating a more revealing architectural image.
